Katayama Haruka graduated on September 29th, 2014.  Goodbye for now Haachan (T-T). In her honor, here’s her confession video, with English subtitles, from the AKB 1/149 Renai sousenkyo.

Overall, the vocabulary used here is quite simple.  Here are the words that I think are most relevant:

美術部（びじゅつぶ, bi-jutsu-bu）→　art club.  She mentions this in the first line, as she is the leader of AKB48’s art club.

部長（ぶちょう, buchou）→　club leader

特別（たくべつ）→　special.  In the dialogue, she uses this use to signify that she made some “special” for you.  I translated this as “especially” to make it sound more natural.

The other point is the style of confession involved.  Having the two bowls, or matching items like these, is often a tell-tale of a deeper relationship between a guy and a girl (i.e. they are a couple!).  In asking you whether you’ll use these matching items, she is indirectly asking about the state of your relationship with her (i.e. confirming it, or denying it).

During the kiss scene, she says a single word: もう！（mou!）, which perhaps needs a little explanation.  In this context, it doesn’t really translate into an English equivalent.  I’m not sure how to explain its usage fully, other than that it is often used as an expression of frustration or exasperation.  In this case, very light hearted exasperation, as Haruka is expressing her embarrassment in having to kiss you (^^

Dialogue is as follows:

よいしょ。美術部部長っていっても、料理ぐらいはできないとね。
よし、できた。あとは、これこれ。
今回ね、特別に作ったんだ！じゃーん！
こっちが私ので、こっちがあなたの。
使ってくれるよね？

だよねぇ。こんなの使ってくれないよね。
え、今なんて？使ってくれるの？
ねぇ、OKってこと？
ね、もう一回言ってよー！
