This particular dialogue is pretty simple in terms of grammar and vocabulary. I think only one point really needs a bit of explaining.

Before she confesses to you, the camera pans down as she is looking down at a book. The book title says “告白” (こくはく, kokuhaku) which means, “confession”. A very appropriate book title for this scene!
