Nogizaka46 members will be starring in a new stage play, “Joshiraku”, playing at Shibuy’s AiiA 2.5 Theater.

Joshiraku was originally a popular, “gag” manga comic which appeared in weekly manga magazine, called Shukan Shounen Magazine. The main characters of the manga are female, and masters of the art of “rakugo”, which is a kind of Japanese storytelling (more info on that here).

In true 46 / 48 group fashion, three teams have been created to play the parts.  Team “Ra”, Team “Ku”, and Team “Go” (based on syllables of the word “ra-ku-go”). The teams are composed of five Nogizaka members each, and are as follows:
