Who is the cutest female idol of all time, forever and ever?! A recent survey posted by Netalica asks users who they thought was the cutest female! Here’s the result.

Another interesting thing about the Netallica survey is that they split the result between male and female responders.  Supposedly, their aim is to check if there’s a difference who males and females find cute.

The survey size is rather limited, at about 137 males and 88 females responses. It took place in June, 2015, and was an online survey performed by website called, My Navi Student Search.  The age ranges was between 19 years old and 78 years.

For the male responders, here is the result:

1. Hashimoto Kanna (Rev. from DVL)
2. Watanabe Mayu (AKB48)
3. Shiraishi Mai (Nogizaka46)
3. Ikoma Rina (Nogizaka46)
3. Sashihara Rino (HKT48)

Unusually enough, the third position was tied and had an equal number of votes.  Some other names mentioned that didn’t rank were:

Hashimoto Kanna wins for both groups! I suppose that’s to be expected from the “once-in-1000-years” idol?

There is also not much difference amongst the result. We see the same four names in both of the top five lists, just in slightly different positions. Kojima Haruna is popular amongst females, whereas Ikoma Rina is more popular amongst males.
