Sorry for the inconvenience while I fiddle with the site design.

If you’ve been here the past week or so, you might have noticed a brief design change.  I decided to swap back to the old theme, for a few reasons:

  1. We got several FB messages and comments about it.  It seems most readers preferred the older style.
  2. I had intended to work on another design this week, but I’d rather focus on translating / subbing the SKE48 Documentary right now.
  3. Reika said the new theme messed up the editor. Whoops! Sorry!

    Did you uh just mention you are subbing the new SKE48 Doc??? Did I read that right? OH MY GOD!! Been waiting for that a long time! I can’t wait. Also, no worries about the site design. We know you are doing your very best!

    • Ah, yeah. I mentioned on Facebook. I just watched it yesterday, felt so touched by it, so I’m thinking I might sub it. We’ll see 🙂

        Yes yes yes and, um, YES! Please! I’m a huge Jurina fan, and of course my oshi Tani Marika is now in SKE, so that pretty much makes me an SKE supporter in the biggest way. I can’t wait to see this if you do it!!! Very cool.

    I know Aidol is working on subbing the SKE documentary.
    Maybe collaborate with them? 🙂

    I also prefer this site design over the new one, but mainly because the new one felt kinda messy with news in 3 rows. Fine tuned it might be nice however, it felt more modern.

    • Ah, okay! Well, if another group is doing it, I might just let them go for it. I really just wanted to see English subs get released for it, and thought I would take it on if no one else was.

      And thanks for the feedback! I’m not so good at design, but I’ll revisit it again another time 🙂

  • I think to collaborate/share the amount of work will benefit to everyone and make things faster and productive. I think you should contact Aidol on the matter. Show that the fandom is united 🙂

    Yeah I think the old design loaded a bit faster, although I did like the “like” feature of the new one.
