Combine Gundam and a Japanese high-school age female, and what do you get?  A recipe for a very interesting looking video game advertisement.

I am not quite sure how I came upon this, but figured I would post it here for posterity’s sake.  You see, these video game posters are advertisements for a game that was released way back in 2005.

The game in question?  Gundam True Odyssey for the Playstation 2 (released in the West as “MS Saga: New Dawn”).  The game is nothing special, but take a look at these advertisements, which consist of a Japanese high-school aged female in… various states of Gundam:

Unfortunately, the game itself was, according to Wikipedia, one of the poorest selling games in the Gundam franchise. Cool advertising can only get you so far, it seems.
