Like Anai Chihiro, Matsuoka Natsumi makes gratuitous use of her native Hakkata dialect for excess cuteness!

She goes on at length about the ingredients of something called “Motsu nabe”. For the uninitiated, motsu nabe is a specialty food of Hakata, and it consists of mainly the intestines and other internal organs of cows and/or pigs. My silly American palette does not care for it so much, but I have eaten it before. Intestine is quite chewy!
