Otaku following the 16th generation audition have taken note of entry #31: for no reason other than she looks almost like Kashiwagi Yuki. I’m not 100% convinced, but what do you think?

I haven’t been following the audition too closely, but what I know about this girl is:

• She’s entry #31
• She 12 years old, in the the first year of middle school
• 152cm in height
• Her favorite food is macaroons and melon bread
• Unusually enough, I can’t find her name. She has her name written as “Mii-chan”, the same nickname as Minegishi Minami. Maybe someone else knows?

She doesn’t look like Kashiwagi Yuki at all! But one 2ch thread seems to disagree after seeing her on a recent Showroom broadcast. “Evidence” is given via these photos:

I admit that I can see the resemblance here!

I sometimes wonder if wota will see what they want to see: Kashiwagi Yuki isn’t going to be an idol forever, so maybe they’re looking for a replacement?

Their feeling is understandable, if you considering that it’s been nearly three years (?!) since the 15th generation audition.
